Means your eligibility for PR under CEC class has been established. You don't need to worry about any employment checks after medicals have been requested, your PR decision is only up to medical/security/criminality checks now.

I got rprf n biodata request but i didnt get request for medical yet so that means i m out of dangerous too or still some risk left what u think

Don't worry, if you already got your Bio/RPRF request you will get your medicals soon too.
