Does Meng Engineering Management Program eligible for 3 Years PGWP

As per my understanding Meng is course based and requirement is just to complete 10 courses. Ten courses can be done maximum in three semesters. Is this program make you eligible for 3 years work permit.

Only 10 courses in MEng ??
Then you can easily complete 10 courses in 2 semester.
And will receive only 1 year PGWP.
