I have completed my Masters through distance education from Pune University. Can anybody please confirm if WES will consider this as Masters equivalency? or do i need to get my ECA done through University of Toronto?
Does Masters in English get equivalency as Masters in WES ECA?

WES usually equates BA + MA to a 4 year bachelor's. Yep, just one degree.
I've seen IQAS give the same combo a one year master's, and a bachelor's + specialist language certificate.
BA + LLB + MA was given as a master's recently by IQAS.
As of ICES and CES, BA+MA is in shallow water. A good university may be granted a master's.
