Does London look like faster processing time than Buffalo?

London has more heavy load these days, they are dealing with apps from Pakistan now as well. They also deal with applications from Middle east and UK. I think if u r in Canada choose buffalo on the other hand you can try UK as well. I now one of my British friend applied to London office and got 2nd AOR in 3 months in June and no update yet, so may be processing time same for both countries.
