My employer is willing to give me the title Manufacturing Engineer under NOC 21321 (Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers), and my duties match the NOC. However, I do not have a P.Eng., and my job does not involve signing or approving engineering drawings or reports.
For immigration purposes (work permit/PR), does IRCC require a P.Eng. for NOC 21321, or do they mainly assess whether the job duties match the NOC?
