Does IRCC accepts Bachelor's Provisional Certificate for e-APR / post ITA ??

Hello,

I have received an ITA and uploading all required documents but I do not have the original degree of my Bachelor's from JNTU and WES completed my evaluation for both Bachelors's and Masters's degrees.

So while uploading the documents can I upload a Provisional certificate for Bachelor's ?? As I do not have original degree ??

Any help is appreciated...! and did anyone received PR with just Provisional Certificate?
