Does Hepatitis affect on PR?

Hi everyone

My father is suffering from Hepatitis many years ago and he don't take any treatment.

I am worry about medical exam result for PR to be refused.

Kindly, in this case, will he pass the medical exam or the CIC will reject our application for PR.
