Does he need a LMIA for an OWP?

I'm sponsoring my partner for a spousal PR visa and we are applying for the OWP at the same time?

I was looking at the forms that he needs for applying to the OWP and it says a LMIA/offer of employment? Is this necessary for a PR visa sponsorship? If not, do we need to send other information with the OWP application?

No need for LMIA. Submit the documents that are asked for in the application.
