Does full time work experience count before graduation for federal skilled worker express entry ?

I have 2 years of skilled work experience right now ( from September 2018 - till date), i got my bachelors in September 2019. But i completed my course in 2018 and had to write some papers on September 2019. Therefore, i got my degree certificate on September 2019. I'm still working. will it count as 2 years ?

P.S It is a full time job in the same company from 2018

Yes, it was done outside Canada and bachelors is my highest qualification.
