Does FBI PCC has watermarks?

Those who received their pcc directly from FBI, does it show watermark "secure watermark" when you scan it?

FBI PCC use to have a blue color logo few years back. Recently i requested one and it was completely B/W, so i think its there standard format and will be accepted by CIC.

I am so relieved to see that others received a black and white copy.

Just want to confirm: The signature on mine is scanned not written out in pen. It is also not stamped (but does have the watermark in the background).
Is this correct?

The entire document looks like a photocopy and not an original

It's completely black and white! it does has watermark at front page and second page. Black and white stamp on second page' top left corner.
