From the viewpoint of the oasis, It is the desert that is a mirage. From my own view, it´s just a mirage this 6-12 months theory.
The IPM would love to make it a 1-3 months but.... Too many applicants my dear... However, there are applicants whose cases were done in that short period of time for their benefit which is excellent.
