Does Embassy return the documetns??

Dear All,
I would like to know whether Consulate returns the documents to the applicant if he/she does withdrawn study visa application or not. As you know that I did withdraw my study visa application one month ago.. but I have not yet received my documents, which I submitted along with my visa application.
Does Canadian Embassy return documents?

if u applied in india they return ur passport if thats what ur asking......but as for other documents they dont return anything else....they have requested copies and not originals.....

if you submited the original and copies , they will return some of the original to you but not all. property document/ school certificate they will return those.. if not you should send them an email
