Does e-APR info need to match with work permit information (NOC, Job duties..)?

I'm in process of completing e-APR(under CEC), I've query pertaining to correlation between work permit info and e-APR. I do not have access to work permit documentation and it was almost 2 years ago, hence was wondering, does all info on work permit - NOC, job role/duties.. should exactly match with e-APR info? Any guidance is highly appreciated. Thank you.

NOC definitely needs to match what's on the work permit.
