I thought the time working in 1y Co-op didn't count for immigration and OHIP(can someone confirm this for me).

Since I have taken the questionnaire again. http://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/eapp.do, there's no mention of the coop experience not being applicable.

In the last three years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have in Canada? It must have been full-time (or an equal amount in part time).

During this period, which National Occupation Classification (NOC) level is most of the experience in? If you do not have any Canadian work experience during this period, please choose "None of the above".Help - During this period, which National Occupation Classification (NOC) level is most of the experience in? And the above link doesn't mention exeptions:

As I am having a bit of trouble finding skilled work in computer programming, with all the requirements of 2+y experience and security checks and needing to be citizens/pr, if this is true, and I only need an English test, that would be awesome!
Thoughts?

Poop, makes little sense to me as I have worked for the same company for about 4 months on my pgwp, doing the same things, was paid the same, will pay the same taxes, etc.

How about the OHIP? It doesn't count Co-op as well? Or was the Service Canada person on the phone confused. I did go on a bit.

Co-op work is part of your study program, IRCC is very clear that work as a student does not count. Just be glad that you were able to continue working for the same employer and didn't have to spend half of your PGWP looking for a job : )

OHIP = Ontario Health Insurance Plan; do you mean OINP?
There are different OINP programs, you can read about the rules here - not all of them require a year of (post-graduation) work experience.
