Does CiC gives any grace?

Hello I would like to know lets say if I have two weeks short to 1 year and apply for my PR. Does CIC consider that as 1 year in some occasions? In other words does CIC let you get away with a slightly less experience?

Do we have any cases here on this forum

No, they don't. CIC sticks to rules 11 out of 10 times.
