I got my PPR day before yesterday. Was in the same situation. Didn't decline ITA but submitted application after completion of 2nd year. My ITA was on Feb 8th and my 2nd work anniversary was on 30th March for which I got points increased in February. I got my letter written from manager from 31st March and submitted application on 1st April. Didn't reject ITA as suggested by some members.

Thanks

Hello

Thanks again for engaging with me. I have been reading several threads on this topic and I notice that you comment on this alot.

We are a family of 5. We have 435 points. I received the ITA August 23. I wasn't expecting it since I was waiting for September 26 to apply under CEC. I was extremely surprised to get it.

I was just about to hit submit when I decided to do some further research.

Have you heard of cases where people were penalized for this, even if the fault is with CIC?

I'm scared to decline. The score has been hovering over 433, 434. I don't want to decline and then we don't get it.

How did you get your PR? Just out of curiosity
Thanks again.

It's your responsibility to make sure that you have the right score regardless of cic mistake. If you accept and submit with wrong info it can be rejected. So better play it safe.

Hello mate, I am in a similar situation. One question I have....Did you also attach a letter of explanation with eAPR submission explaining your situation?
