I've had a few missed phone calls from a private number and was wondering if it could be CIC calling me regarding my PR application. They never leave a voicemail and I can't call back. Should I be concerned about it or would they send me an email/letter if it was something actually important? The reception can be spotty in my house, so it is not unusual for calls to go straight to my voicemail.
