Does CHC reimburse the application fee even CHC has issued 120 days letter?

Hi Seniors,

One of my friend has raised a question to me which i am failed to answer is;
"Does CHC refunds the application fee though they have already issued you a 120 days letter but you don't want to submit full aplication and complete documetns - due to any reason?"

yes. the fees is refundable until the Final application is Approved at the local CHC level.

so, at the stage mentioned by you, the fee is 100% refundable.

Fee is refundable when the application is eligible for processing at Visa office, even if the application is refused a refund is not possible then.
