Does CHC london accept fixed deposit?

I need to send the proof of funds to the CHC, London.Can anyone tell me please does CHC, London accept fixed deposit, property value of father's as part of the proof of funds?

Moreover, I have got joint account with my father in India.Can I show the satement of that account as part of the proof of funds?

Anyone's help will be greatly appreciated.
