Hi, Anyone knows---Will CIC ask to submit RCMP for EE CEC?? or it depends?

it depends on each case file. If your case requires RCMP check then you will get a message from CIC requesting for it.

What I assume from my GCMS notes that if they can get your biometric data from some other agency, then no. otherwise they will ask. I am not 100% sure.

For me, I have US visa so they got biometric data from US agency and they didn't ask for RCMP.

My personal suggestion would be to go and get it upfront if you haven't submitted your documents. It helps in saving time. I did the same and my application was approved without receiving any request from CIC. Good luck

I submitted application on November 2016. But only got message about Medical Passed. Up till now, haven't got any updates. Many of you have got PPR. I'm very confused....
