Does Cambridge DELTA count as a 'certificate'?

Does anyone know if having a Cambridge DELTA certificate might help one get extra points for Express Entry if they already hold a bachelor's degree?

This is the information I found on the official website: "More than one degree, certificate or diploma (one must be for a 3-year or longer program) - 128 points."
