Does BWOP paper application require photos?

I saw so many online applications submitted digital photos
However, when i do the paper application, they never ask photos in the checklist, should i still submit photos???what size or other requirement for photos?

What do you think if i submit my BWOP earlier, like 4 moths and 20 days earlier than my expiration date of WP???

If the checklist does not say that, then it is not required. Also, why do you want to hurry up your application? If you can, please follow the rules set by CIC and wait for 20 more days before you submit your application.

MY thought was that if i can get my BOWP before CEC office makes the final decision, then even if i would be declined for CEC, I can still have 1 year time to get experience from my new employer, then i can apply again a year later.
So i have to rush to get the BOWP before the cec office makes the decision.

I understand now..you are on the edge...But I still advise you to wait for those 20 days and apply for BOWP. Why do you think your CEC app might be rejected?
