Does Both Bachelor's and Master's degree needs to be assessed?

I am applying for Express Entry for Canada in the coming month of July, i am about to apply for ECA assessment through WES. In this case i have completed Masters in Engineering, here in India. (FYI both degrees in INDIA )

Now, do i need to get assessment for both degrees or Master's is enough?

Get ECA done for both the degrees.
