I got 2 refusal for January 2020 intake under SDS category with common usual reasons that, you will not leave canada after your stay and another one was, your proposed course is not relatable to your previous studies, missing marksheets, funds, eligibility and many more excuses. I have applied for caipsnote, but my main concern is that, did my 14 backlogs in undergrad would be the main reason for my refusals? and if it is true, how should i tackle that point for next attempt??
Does backlogs would be the problem for my refusals? I have had 14 backlogs in my undergrad. studies.

Actually you need to justify your low performance in your SOP. One of my friends is in Canada with 48 Backlogs , gone in sept2019 intake.

I have done Diploma in Mech. in 2016 (6.12cgpa and 14 backs) and thn i have work experience, moreover i do have 4 USA refusals, now talking about english proficiency: 6.5(6).

Thats a lot of refusals. I think you should wait for some time. The visa officer may think that you are really desperate to leave the country
Get a caips notes brother. Visit Www.visanotes.ca and call the contact number. Tell them about your case. They are good at handling this kind of cases. I have taken their help too. Many have got visas due to their service, for rejected cases.
I already have had conversations with one of the caipsnote officer through mail, I've told him every single thing and he said your profile seems nice to me but lets wait for caips now to know the actual reason. However, currently i just worried that wt if my backlogs would be the main reason thn i dont know how to tackle that point because obvio i cant improve my academics anymore. Its out of my hand, therefore i put my case here.Anyway , thanks brother for your time and help.
