Yes. No additional documents required to start processing

They won't return the application (AOR means file is complete and accepted) however, later during the processing, they may ask you for additional paperwork(if required)

Yes; Means the appln passed initial screening, and accepted by cic.

Not necessarily that documents are complete; but surely adequate enough to accept and start processing.
