Does anyone know how to do the Naitonal Police Check in Australia?

Hello, I used to study in Queensland Australia now if I want to apply for National Police Check of Australia, I need to have the Travel History issued by QLD government. Have anyone applied for it? I really need you help here. Isent them email for the last 15 days as they requested but no reply . They have complicated instruction for supporting documents which makes me so confuse. Thanks All. it's harder for someone who used to study in Queensland and Victoria since we have to process the Traffic History before applying to the National Police check
