Does anyone know how long a CBSA report takes to come back?

I did apply last year. Although I requested for electronic reply, but it came by mail, answer given due to security reason , cannot sent by email.
It took about 25 days.
 
My report showed initial entry with old passport number , the 1 st entry
Subsequent entries with PR card only

I had mine done in 44 days, but from what I've heard most of applicants receive it in less than 30
 
Its important to attach passport or PR card copy with online request or just provide them your information.
