Does anyone have any idea how to open the IMM5709 form from the IRCC application website?

I keep getting this error message: "Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document" anyone know where else can I download this form?

It should be working. Try again after uninstalling and installing adobe reader. If doesn't work again then try the one below.

Download it for first, then open it from your computer. Your browser is not supporting that version of Adobe it seems.
Right-click and "Save as..".
