DOES ANYONE HAVE A LINK TO THE CITIZENSHIP ACT 1977

Hi all, would any of you happen to have a link to the 1977 act as i'm researching citizenship not only for myself but for my family, the 1947 act would appear to take away my grandfathers citizenship even though i know full well he died a Canadian citizen, my questions are when did he get back his citizenship and who else got citizenship because of this.
