Try it... I still haven't filled in native language, I only filled in English...

Thank you for answering.Yes I save the other form (like 1294 )to my USB and will later upload it
but the only thing that I cannot save is this family representative

And about that native language thing, it's not needed for us....
Some people (Like Chinese, Koreans) have a native name which is different form English names, so native names is only for them.... We don't have separate native name, and so we do not need to translate...
