I sent out mt PR+OWP application on end of October, but no any information from CIC. My work visa is due to 2014 but the employer is void now. I have a future employer who is apply LMO for me this month. I question is my grandfater's funeral is next week. Can I go back to my country while my application is in processing? I called CIC and they said they don't recommend I go back and can't gurantee I can come in Canada, is that true?
