Hello everyone,

I am 37F, a German citizen currently located in BC, working as a research technician in the pharmaceutical industry and have a work permit that expires on the 7th July 2026. Now, i currently sit at 485 CRS points, and am trying to see if i can somehow boost my CRS score to above 510.

I have already maxxed out on my IELTS language results and TCF test spots are really hard to get and all are filled up until next spots open in July.

Then i read that getting an ECA for a foreign degree could award more CRS points. Is this true? I ask because i have one Masters of Science degree from a Canadian University (which is already 135 points), but i also have a second Masters of Science (as well as a Bachelors of Science), from a German University. Do i get any additional points for these two degrees if I get an ECA assessment for those from WES?

Thank you in advance for your replies and help!

No. You can points for one Masters only. Two or more degrees is less points and you cannot count both.
