Does all applicants of EE get ECAS access after AOR?

Hi,

I have seen so many updates on this forum about ECAS statuses.
Would you please tell me if everyone gets ECAS access once CIC starts working on EE applicant's application?

I got AOR on Jan 28th but so far no ECAS access.

Does this mean CIC hasn't yet started working on my application?
I have Medicals passed though.

You're not likely to get ECAS access, think it's been taken away from EE applicants as we can check our progress thro MyCIC
