I am a FSWP 2014 (hopeful) candidate who is currently on OPT status.
My wife is my dependent as F2.
My dependent infant child is a US citizen who I will include in the application process.

I guess my question is, do I need to rush preparing to get a passport for her?
Also, please let me when what kind of documents will I need to include her in my application process.

Its been almost a month since I asked this question.
Can anybody answer it for me?

All individuals irrespective of their age need their own passport. No exceptions, irrespective of citizenship.

how old is your little one?
As far as i know you can include her birth certificate along with your application, you need to show proof of funds for 3 members, pay fees cad $1250.
additionally you can write a cover letter explaining your situation if you are not able to produce her passport immediately, you can tell them that you have already applied for it and will produce it at a later stage.
CIC might consider this for infant upto the age of 6 months.

hope this helps.

Anybody?
Age would not matter, your infant will require a passport. It is very easy to obtain in US, application can be picked up and drop off at any post office and it will take 4-5 weeks.

Wow.
Thank you for your answers.
