Does a certificate from a collage for completing a course count towards the Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees For express entry points?

I have a completed bachelors of science in business at
excelsior college in New York And i also completed a collage level course
taught by the university of North Carolina for Paralegal studies. Will Wes or the other bodies accept my
paralegal certificate and allow me to have points for the the Two or more
certificates, diplomas, or degrees since it would bump me up from a 430s to the
470s . According to The comparison table number 103 does not mention a minimal
number of time a college course has to be just that it must be completed. The program was about 14 weeks or a semester.
Is there anything I can do with this since it would be greatly helpful

Get the ECA for both programs and see what happens. The second program must be at least a year to be counted. So a 14 week program would not be enough.
