Thanks for the reply. Let me explain further. So I already have 20 months working experience but it's not continuous. Right now, I'm in the 7th month in my new job, so if I get another job next month with the same NOC, does it still count as continuous working experience?

You have posted this in the CEC forum, so I will assume you are talking about Canadian work experience. There is no continuity requirement for Canadian work experience.
