Documents with Forms

hello
need some clarification

with Sponsor application
1- Copy of PR card
2- Copy of current Diploma (which i recently did)

With Sponsoring Spouse Application
1- Copy of Passport
2- Copy of ID cards
3- Copy of Transcripts, Degrees,
4- Original Police Clearance Certificate


Please guide anything more i have to send with SPONSOR and SPONSORED SPOUSE application (other than supportive documents)

diplomas, transcripts and degrees are not required for either application

the applicant needs to submit the e-medical receipt as proof of the medical exam by a CIC designated doctor. if this is an outland application, then it's best to submit upfront. if you are applying inland, then it's usually suggested to wait until it's requested since it could easily expire before the application starts processing.
