Hii.. You can upload your work permit along with your passport as there is no spefic uploading for work permit.. hope it works

You can either include it as part of passport or you can include it with the relevant employment docunent placeholder.

One more question,

On my old passport i have a US VISITOR VISA but not on the new one so should i include that with all the stamps from the new one in same pdf?

The passport upload instruction does not say anything about old passport and the stamps in it. If I were you I would have provided those as well. So, would leave it to you to decide.
