Hi,

what all documents should I produce to prove my foreign work experience, are The pay slips and Relieving letters are ok or is there any special format in which I need take letter from my old companies.

Thanks
Sandeep

Look at your NOC code and ensure the letter drafted and signed by your employer has; the duration of your work, your hrs per week, full or part time, your salary, and your line reporting manager. In terms of duties ensure that if you actually have the experience, then some or all of the duties are reflected.

The document has to be on your employers letterhead.

JoacRy,

Does the letter necessarily mention full or part-time? Is it ok if it only mentions the amount of hours per week?

Thanks in advance

Doesn't explicitly have to use the terms "full time" or "part time" but the number of hours should be indicated. If hours were less than 20 then have it read something like "part-time (15 hours a week)". I hope this helps. Best wishes to you.

You need to submit 3 letters to show your work experience

1. Employment Records Previous/ Current Job (Reference Letter)

You must provide proof of each of your current and previous work experiences.
Your evidence should include a reference letter from your employer and previous pay stubs, where available.

The reference letter is an official document printed on company letterhead and must include
a. your name,
b. The company's contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address),
c. The signature of your immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company.
d. The letter should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details:
i. job title, duties/responsibilities,
ii. job status (if current job),
iii. the dates you worked for the company,
iv. the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.

You must scan all documents for this work experience and save them as one file. (Each work experience requires a separate file).

2. Offer of Employment - Current Job (Offer letter)
Offer letter by the employer to you before starting the job
a. Should be stated on letter head
b. Should show your NOC
c. Job duties
d. Term of employment
e. Should be permanent and not seasonal

3. Letter of Employment - Current Job (Confirmation of Employment)

Hope this helps

If I submit Employment reference letter per CIC format along with offer letter/increment letter, will it suffice without pay stubs?
