Documents to be uploaded along with ECA

Hello Friends,

Can anyone pleae answer my question. After we get the ITA, do we need to upload the University degrees along with the ECA report? Additionally do we have to upload the university transcript and diploma supplement(for my Master degree from Europe) along with the ECA report? You advice will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
