Documents to attach with PR Card renewal application

Hi,

Its mentioned in guide to attach copy of valid passport as primary id , just want to confirm that only first page of passport is required and not the complete passport.
and apart from that only photo and checklist is required right ?

I sent the following.
Old + new passport - First and last page
PR processing fee receipt
photos
PR Card Photo Copy - Front and Back
PR visa page from my old passport
Days calculation for RO - Use citizenship calculator, take a print and write and highlight.. used for PR RO calculations
For My Kid:
School Records

Did I overkill it, yes.. but had no questions asked.. card done super fast..

just one clarification you mentioned first and last page of passports. Why last page ?
i have Pakistani passport and the last page is blank thats why i am bit confused

My last page has my local address. Just as a proof that I am here, own a house and it is well registered in my PP. May be this was not required, and I am overkilling it.. but it's better to be safe than sorry..

Just checking that you did attach imm 5444e and document checklist along with the above documents?
