My documents are stuck in Customs in Toronto A , Canada sent by IGNOU. Any email or phone number I can write to. Its more than 3 weeks now. Please help

It happens a lot of times that you do not receive an update once your courier is cleared from customs.

Use the WES's tracking tool to check if your package was received by them or not.
