My application is for permanent residence under spousal sponsorship. I am a single mother before coming to Canada and have a 5 yr old daughter in Philippines. I got married here in Canada and started processing my paper 2 yrs ago. Last April 2012, my daughter had her medical as a non accompanying family member and I was asked to submit CENOMAR and written explanation of the identity of the father. I send the documents right away express post spend 78$ through FedEx and was received by the CEM June 2012 with a proof of delivery and signage from the person who receive it, from front desk. This September, 2012 I received a mail from canadian Embassy of Manila requiring me to submit the same documents I send them 3 months ago stating tht thy did not received it and they give me 45 days or else I will be granted refusal. I spend 78$ to send the documents once again with a tracking number and after 3 days there's a proof of delivery with the same person who received it 3 months ago too. I am nervous that my documents will not reach the immigration officer in charge of my paper. My documents are received in front desk CEM but how will I know if it will be delivered to the immigration officer?is this normal in CEM to lost documents?should I get an immigration lawyer or what direct telephone numbers should I call? Pls help!
