I applied to CIC on Nov 30, 2009 FSW, NOCD 3112. I sent FBI clearance after my 120 days has passed on May 5. Buffalo returned my documents 1 month later, which is today. They asked me to send these documents with the new Buffalo file no in it. I am going to do so.

But my problem is- My wife went back to my home country for a visit. She will stay there more than a year. Actually, she came here as a dependent of me and I am a F-1 student. Now, my questions are-

1. Should I update Buffalo about change of address of my wife although I am maintaining my address here in USA?

2. If not then how she can get her medicals done in my home country? I am not clear abt the procedures of medicals. Will she receive a seperate medical form or we will have just one? If I inform Buffalo abt my wife's change of address then they will send a seperate medical form to her address, if that is the case?

3. What if Buffalo ask us for an interview? How can we attend it staying in two seperate country?

I am assuming to receive medicals and other requests within next one year. So was wondering how I will need to plan everything. Anybody can help in this regard?

PLZ Reply me quick. Thank you

I have not done medicals but you can do medicals anywhere. So she can do in India and you can do in the US. I am sure someone else will confirm that.

No need to update your address for your wife. Medical request comes with instructions and a seperate page with a photo for each applicant. When you get your medical rqst you can forward her section and she can do medical in your home country. Interviews are rare and when they happen they normally require only primary applicant to attend.
