My employer agreed to fill out the employer form for my foreign worker stream for my PR. My question is that, does IRCC follow up with all applications and asks the employer for additional documents? Or it's based on the profile? What if IRCC is asking a lot of documents and my employer refuses to give. Is my employer obligated in the process? Do they have to face any penalties or legal issues if they don't want to support me in future?
What are the chances of IRCC asking for documents for example 8/10 ?

What province? Congrats on your nomination and PR application. Of course IRCC can follow up at any time. Will they…probably not because you have nomination and OINP has vetted your job offer and application. Of course your employer is obligated as they supported your nomination. And if they decide not to then PR can be cancelled.

I haven't yet got any invitation, What I mean to ask is that, if at any moment if my company doesn want to give documents, will company face any legal issues ? Like If they don't want to disclose something. Just to make sure that I don't be any problem to my company in future.

If they don’t give documentation asked for then OINP and/or PR application is cancelled.

That's fine , but they don't fall into any problems right?
Because if they decline then IRCC may think company has some issues and they do theirs enquires.

IRCC may think YOU have some issues. Not the company that you are working at.
So they may refuse your application.

That's fine if they refuse my application. But my question remains the same.. it wouldn't impact my company legally right?

As already indicated if they are doing anything bad of course they can also be investigated. These are extremely odd questions if this is a legitimate job and obtained properly.

Obviously everything is genuine in my case, I am asking for the worst case, because even if the company is genuine ( for example - Google ) there might be some hisitation that they don't want to share all the documents if IRCC goes too deep

Your question is not making sense. IRCC only care if you genuinely worked for the employer for the duration that you stated and the tasks/jobs that you put down in your application.
There is nothing "deep" about if a certain person works at the organization for the duration of time doing the tasks that was stated. (unless you were a spy?!)

IRCC do not need to know the details of the business (who are the 3rd party providers or asking for the name of the list of clients).

If you think that's too "deep" then don't use your work experience.

HR and payroll records are all IRCC really ever wants if they make additional inquiries. They aren’t asking to share IP.

That's makes sense. Because my employer is genuine, but all they want to know is what documents will they need to provide if asked.
