Documents Required For Interview

After waiting in interview queue for 15 months (February 2019), I have finally received email from my VO (SGVO) to attend interview. However I am a bit confused about the documents they are asking us to submit.

Are they asking it to provide it electronically or to bring with in person on the day of interview?

Moreover, as we already submitted police clearance, civil documents and proof of contact along with our application; I don't think it's necessary to gather all of these again. Right?

The letter is quite clear - submit the ones at top by email, including updated forms. The ones below you are to submit if you haven't already.

You can bring whatever you wish, and probably should bring everything to be prepared, but they will not consider anything you haven't submitted in advance.

How do I put my signature on the forms then? There is no option. And also there are some field that need to fill physically. That's why I am asking.
