Documents needed to get a work permit as a spouse of an international student?

Hi,
My friend's study visa(she couldnt complete her studies) is getting expired really soon so she is getting married to an international student.
Can she get a spousal wp?
What documents will be required to apply for the wp?
Can someone get SWP if they are out of status and get married to a person with status?
