Hello,

I am an Indian citizen working in the U.S. I am currently in India visiting family. I plan to submit my EE profile sometime in January. If/when I receive an ITA, do I need to keep with me any documents/photos of my family members?

I am not applying for visa for any of them; it's just for me only and I am not married. But just wanted to make sure, because if I need any of their documents, I can take it with me from here.

This forum and its most helpful members have been an absolute boon to me:) Thank you.

No documents needed for parents if they arent accompanying you.

Thank you, stAnger. No photos either of my parents/sister?

Also, for my documents, do I need to get them certified/attested by someone before uploading it to CIC? Or does CIC just need photocopies of all original documents?

No photos required. Just names, d.o.b etc.

Just the scaned copies would be fine.
