I received my ITA about 87 days ago.. The police certificate is still missing due to some coronavirus restrictions.
Now with couple days left to the application deadline, can anyone please suggest a way to handle this?
Suppose I submitted the application with a document missing, and provided a letter of explanation with all relevant evidence that I did my best to get the document on time, will I be able to send the missing document later (After the application is submitted)?
