Original ID card, English
Original birth certificate in English
(A birth certificate is normally acceptable if the registration of the birth was made shortly after the birth. The birth certificate must bear the name of the person whose birth it records, and must have been issued on the prescribed form by an official responsible for the registration of births in the municipality or district in which the birth took place.)

Original marriage certificate or “Nikah Nama” issued by an official responsible for the registration of marriages in the district in which the marriage took place and bearing the Nikah registry seal. You must also submit a certified translation in English attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan.

Original Educational documents such as all educational documents and school leaving certificates.

Passport copies of pages showing the passport number date of issue and expiration, your photo, name, surname (family name), date and place of birth.

Original POLICE CERTIFICATE
PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION. Copy 2 of the Medical Report-Section A that the DMP will sign and give to you when you undergo the medical examination.

PHOTOSSupply nine (15) recent photos of yourself. Follow the instructions as I mail t you before.

wedding phots.

Hmm, do you have to send educational info?

Also, what about how you've been communicating? Letters? E-mails?

As he is sponsoring his wife from Pakistan they do require educational documents.
The only thing I would suggest peacekeeper is that you include more evidence regarding your personal relationship with your wife. not just wedding photos.. any correspondence between you like email, letters phone calls etc.. Islamabad is a tough office and require a lot of accuracy in your forms and answers so be clear in everything so it will proceed within normal timelines..
Best of luck to you and your wife!

just one more thing that i want to conform,

i have to include Option C printout ?? with the my application ???

You have commented on a very old thread.

Please refer to the checklist and country specific requirements. It tells you everything you need to submit and what forms you need to fill in.
